Administer and support IBM System Automation for z/OS environments including automation policies and system recovery procedures.
Monitor automation infrastructure to ensure operational stability; troubleshoot and resolve automation incidents and production issues.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support system upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and ensure compliance with SLAs and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience with IBM System Automation for z/OS.
Knowledge of IBM NetView and BMC AMI Ops Mainframe automation technologies.
Understanding of z/OS operating system and Mainframe infrastructure.
Ability to diagnose technical issues in complex enterprise environments; English proficiency for global communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automation policy development and implementation within large-scale Mainframe environments.
Comfortable working collaboratively in global teams, with knowledge of incident/problem/change management processes (e.g., ITIL).
Familiar with z/OS components like Sysplex, JES2, RACF, GDPS and preferably experienced in regulated industries such as financial services.
