About This Role
- Own end-to-end resolution of client-reported issues in HRM ERP systems, coordinating across technical and development teams.
- Analyze and resolve issues specifically related to US Government HRM benefits and payroll processes.
- Drive client support interactions to ensure issues are tracked and confirmed resolved.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of HRM domain experience in client support, testing, or analysis of ERP software products.
- Minimum MBA in HR or degree in relevant field (BTech/BE/BSc in CS/IT) with HR/Payroll ERP experience.
- Experience preparing test scripts, using defect and ticket tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence preferred).
- Shift: Rotational 24/7; Location: Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in HRM ERP client support with strong knowledge of US Government employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with SQL, JQL, and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Capable of owning issue resolution lifecycle from identification through closure, demonstrating operational accountability.
