About This Role
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding across multiple departments and levels.
- Manage recruitment timelines ensuring position closures within agreed TAT, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring requirements, recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, India.
- Experience managing recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and vendor/agency management.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years relevant recruitment experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling high-volume recruitment and leadership-level or critical position hiring.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, data-driven recruitment insights, and improving recruitment processes to reduce hiring TAT.
- Ability to mentor junior recruiters and partner effectively with HRBPs and senior business stakeholders.
