Experienced individual contributor with demonstrated ability to independently make judgment calls and resolve client issues without escalation.
Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects requiring thorough documentation and cross-time-zone coordination.
Familiar with project management tools such as Rocketlane, Smartsheet, or Asana, and inclined toward building and standardizing project management practices.
