Experience working within Agile and DevOps methodologies and disciplined software engineering practices (e.g., automated testing, code reviews).
Comfortable collaborating in multidisciplinary teams across operations, digital technology, and business units in a hybrid work environment.
Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders and support forecasting or optimization with statistical/machine learning techniques.
