About This Role
- Lead establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs to meet specific business needs, coordinating with Technology team.
- Oversee all phases of development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and provide operational support to business users.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior stakeholders and junior analysts, ensuring adherence to security, risk management, and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in .Net Core & C# development.
- 8+ years experience working with MS SQL databases.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant application development roles.

- Experienced in systems analysis, software programming, and managing successful project implementations within a technology environment.
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision, exercising sound judgement and autonomy in decision-making.
- Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and mentoring junior team members in application development and system design.
