About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and maintenance of 18+ Power BI dashboards and 100+ reports for financial and operational insurance analytics.
- Ensure semantic model alignment, row-level security, performance optimization, and deployment governance across dashboard lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional BI, data, and business teams to deliver accurate, user-friendly, and visually compelling analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or report development.
- At least 3 years hands-on with Power BI Desktop and Service including DAX, Power Query/M, and semantic model design.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with row-level security implementation and report deployment governance.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years. Location: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient in UI/UX design for dashboards demonstrating user-centered, accessible visuals tailored to insurance financial reporting.
- Experienced in working with semantic data models, DirectQuery and Import modes, familiar with Snowflake data sources preferred.
- Capable of collaborating in distributed global teams and managing BI asset lifecycles within structured deployment and governance frameworks.
