About This Role
- Own and evolve the .NET and Angular/React full-stack application architecture emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and quality by design.
- Lead quality engineering practices at the architecture level, embedding test automation, contract testing, and shift-left quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and drive AI-powered development strategies and standards across the software development lifecycle, mentoring engineering teams on adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with at least 4 years in a leading or principal/staff engineer role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE, B.Tech, M.Tech) mandatory.
- Deep expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core), Angular 10+ and/or ReactJS with TypeScript, microservice architectures, RESTful APIs, and quality engineering at architecture level.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT), CI/CD pipeline quality gates, and architectural documentation required.
