About This Role
- Own design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, intelligent monitoring/anomaly detection, and AI-driven testing frameworks for high availability and robust production support.
- Lead system design, code reviews, mentorship of junior developers, and integration of AI/ML capabilities into backend applications to advance engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience focusing on backend systems.
- Mandatory expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project management and working under pressure to meet deadlines as per job scope.
