About This Role
- Lead technical development and oversee product, asset, and tool portfolios within Salesforce platform, focusing on Agentforce and related technologies.
- Drive strategic architectural, packaging, and DevOps decisions for Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle including design, proofs-of-concept, development, testing, and deployment in a hybrid engineering environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong understanding of architectural concepts, capabilities, and constraints.
- Experience managing technical teams and resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Mandatory skills include Salesforce Agentforce solutions and experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with strong Salesforce platform expertise and hands-on development skills (e.g., Lightning Web Components, Apex).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, close-to-customer environments and collaborating with product owners and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with AI tooling (Claude, Codex) and ability to guide teams in leveraging these tools effectively.
