About This Role
- Manage multiple Agile teams and product backlogs across one or more complex products, ensuring delivery of high-value features.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business and user needs.
- Drive coordination with Product Managers, UX, and engineering for timely releases, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Agile Product Owner or similar role; overall 4+ years in software development/product management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in Agile environments.
- Healthcare industry knowledge is mandatory.

- Experienced in balancing technical, business, and UX considerations within software products, especially in healthcare domain.
- Comfortable managing multiple products and teams with ability to prioritize and influence without formal authority.
