About This Role
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives) across scrum teams in cloud and edge development within a SAFe community.
- Drive on-time delivery of sprint and program increment objectives with quality focus, using Azure project management tools for planning and execution.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, present sprint progress and metrics to management, and facilitate technical discussions for risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 0-1 years of hands-on technical Scrum Master experience with a good technical foundation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Work Experience Required: 0-1 years (entry-level Scrum Master experience).
