About This Role
- End-to-end delivery ownership of RDSS/ADMS projects in utility/grid environments, ensuring technical compliance and schedule adherence.
- Primary technical lead for client and vendor interfaces including managing escalations, audits, and acceptance reviews.
- Coordinate with Engineering Manager to align engineering execution with project standards and maintain comprehensive project governance including planning and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong domain knowledge in utility/grid operations, distribution automation, RDSS, ADMS, SCADA, and smart grid technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ETAP software, power system studies, protection coordination, and distribution network modeling.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in utility or grid operations projects focused on RDSS/ADMS or SCADA/Automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Power / Automation / Instrumentation Engineering; Master’s preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing technically complex, client-facing projects as single-point delivery owner with proven track record.
- Ability to interpret and validate technical documentation such as SLDs, protection schemes, telemetry, and compliance with grid codes.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of technical delivery, project management, and stakeholder coordination within utility and grid automation environments.
