About This Role
- Act as Business Analyst for Capital Markets line of business within Treasury, focusing on Liquidity Management, Issuances, valuations, settlement, accounting, and trade lifecycle processes.
- Lead stakeholder consensus building, develop business requirements, use cases, and test plans, and ensure delivery aligns with ITS strategic guidelines.
- Support product lifecycle including design, testing, implementation, post-launch support, user training, and vendor coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree with 5 years or Bachelor’s degree with 7 years relevant experience in Treasury/Capital Markets domain required.
- 8+ years professional experience in Capital Markets domain and solid experience as a Business Analyst.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL mandatory.
- Location: Chennai, India; Language: English fluency required.

- Experienced in Treasury and Capital Markets domains with strong understanding of liquidity management and financial products.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, consensus building, and translating business needs into IT product visions under Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project procurement (RFP), vendor management, and post-production support for complex financial applications.
