About This Role
- Own and ship stablecoin-funded card products (physical and virtual) including compliance and go-live execution.
- Build and extend Nium’s multi-currency wallet to support digital assets alongside fiat and design on/off-ramp fiat-to-digital flows.
- Drive stablecoin-based cross-border settlement and integrate custodians, exchanges, and blockchain infrastructure as product features with compliance built into product specs.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in product management with fintech, crypto infrastructure, or payments experience.
- Proven delivery of a live digital asset product (stablecoin wallet, crypto card, on/off-ramp, or digital settlement rail).
- Strong foundation in payments including cross-border flows, FX, wallets, and settlement.
- Regulatory fluency including MiCA, travel rule, VASP registration, and FinCEN MSB requirements influencing product decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex integrations of custodians, blockchain infrastructure, or card networks with ability to specify engineering requirements.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous, highly regulated product environments requiring compliance-driven build and launch sequencing.
- Strong operational focus on delivering payment and digital asset product volumes, usability, and regulatory market coverage.
