About This Role
- Lead and manage the product backlog by writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on business value.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap including current and future delivery plans aligned to strategy.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams; lead and mentor a matrixed product team, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years experience in Java/J2EE or a related product role.
- MBA or BBM qualification mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks; experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile tools.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant field.

- Experienced in financial services domain, preferably with client onboarding or CRM systems expertise.
- Skilled in translating strategy into execution with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams using Agile/SAFe methodologies and navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
