Client Financials Solutions Technology Lead - Senior Vice President

Lead and execute the strategic technology architecture and roadmap for the Client Financials portfolio to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.

Drive cloud transformation and data engineering, including migrating legacy platforms to Databricks and optimizing AWS cloud-native data services.

Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex multi-dimensional analytics and calculation engines, leading a team of data and software engineers with agile methodologies.

12+ years of proven experience in software engineering and applications development, specifically in large-scale complex business functions.

Deep expertise in AWS cloud-native architecture and services; strong hands-on and architectural experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and PySpark.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience in financial business technology, risk management, performance management, or capital markets preferred but not explicitly mandatory.

Experienced in influencing technology strategy and collaborating with senior business and technology stakeholders, particularly in financial domains.

Skilled in designing scalable, robust cloud-native enterprise data services with practical leadership of engineering teams using agile delivery methods.

Able to communicate complex technical and financial methodologies effectively to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
