Sr. Technical Lead - Manual Testing

Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans, cases, and scripts for slot games covering gameplay mechanics, bonus features, and audiovisual elements.

Diagnose code errors and modify game code to achieve test coverage; ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements including RNG testing and certification.

Generate game builds for debug and production, configure gaming machines independently, track defects using Jira, and collaborate with Game Development team during SIT cycles.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

Minimum 8+ years experience in software test engineering focused on Casino/Slot games or related industries.

Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards; understanding of slot game mechanics and RNG systems.

Familiarity with UNIX/Linux; experience with C/C++ programming desired; experience using bug tracking tools like Jira.

Experienced in planning and accomplishing testing activities specific to gaming products, particularly slot/casino games.

Capable of independently managing game build generation, configuration, and debugging in production environments.

Analytical with strong root cause analysis skills, capable of collaborating closely with cross-functional game development teams to resolve issues.
