About This Role
- Lead and coordinate the creation of high-quality animations and promotional videos throughout the production lifecycle.
- Ensure consistency and meet world-class animation standards across multiple projects.
- Collaborate closely with creative leads to conceptualize and deliver animations aligned with briefs, adding value from concept through post-production.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a commercial art environment with relevant tools.
- Advanced skills in 2D and 3D animation principles and techniques.
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Maya.
- Strong English communication skills; adaptive and responsible team member.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced animator comfortable managing end-to-end animation production and guiding teams.
- Highly skilled with both 2D and 3D software workflows and animation pipelines.
- Capable of interpreting briefs quickly and iterating to deliver high-quality, consistent outputs in a dynamic creative environment.
