About This Role
- Develop and execute automated and manual test cases for UI and API layers using established frameworks like Selenium with Java.
- Maintain and improve existing automation test suites and participate in Agile processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Identify, document, and track defects, support debugging efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of overall QA experience with at least 5+ years in UI/Backend Automation testing.
- Proficient in Java programming and test automation tools, specifically Selenium with Java.
- Experience with API testing (REST Assured) and familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies; experience with version control tools like Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks for complex software products, preferably in web or gaming platforms.
- Strong coding ability in Java enabling effective test automation development and debugging support.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with QA, engineering, and product teams to improve test coverage and quality practices.
