Familiarity with SharePoint Online administration, Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID), and PowerShell scripting for automation.
Experienced in managing enterprise-level Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint environments with strong governance and compliance focus.
Possesses Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, PL-300, or MS-700 or has demonstrated equivalent practical skills.
Skilled in optimizing and supporting AI integrations including Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and Power Platform lifecycle management in dynamic IT environments.
