About This Role
- Lead and oversee the India-based AR delivery team responsible for cash application, billing support, and credit operations ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, standard operating procedures, and automation initiatives to enhance AR service delivery and support migration of AR work from US/APAC to India.
- Collaborate with regional and process leads to align service delivery, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation and workflow efficiency improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing AR, shared services, BPO, finance operations, or order-to-cash teams.
- Strong knowledge of cash application, billing, credit support, SLAs, and operational controls.
- Experience managing multi-region collaborators and offshore/onshore service delivery.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant domain (AR or related operations).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in AR or finance operations with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement through automation.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-location teams and coordinate cross-region service delivery.
- Comfortable with AI-enabled tools and workflow automation to drive scalability, accuracy, and reporting enhancements.
