Sr Appl/Sys Sales Engineer

Act as a trusted technical advisor and drive consultative selling for integrated Security and Fire solutions in mission-critical environments like Data Centers.

Develop and influence solution architecture, specifications, and technical proposals for Security and Fire systems including access control, surveillance, perimeter protection, and integrated management platforms.

Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to support sales teams and customer enablement in complex technical sales cycles.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Building Automation, or related technical field.

12+ years of experience in application engineering, systems sales engineering, solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical solutioning in building automation or mission-critical environments like Data Centers.

Strong technical expertise in Security and Fire systems including access control, CCTV, video management, perimeter systems, alarm management, and integration architectures.

Willingness to travel for customer engagements, workshops, and site visits.

Experienced in engaging with end users, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders in complex technical sales processes within mission-critical infrastructure sectors.

Capable of independently developing customer-centric, commercially viable security solutions with hands-on knowledge of security system design, deployment, and integration.

Able to influence technical and business stakeholders through executive presence, consultative discipline, and clear communication without direct authority.
