About This Role
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA finance transformation projects including design, implementation, and rollout.
- Advise clients on SAP S/4 HANA adoption, business case creation, ROI calculation, and solution architecture for finance and controlling functions.
- Drive sales pipeline, manage proposals, lead project delivery teams, and develop assets to support digital finance transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience with at least 5 full SAP implementations including 2+ in SAP S/4 HANA.
- MBA (Finance) from Tier-1/2 B-school, CA, or CMA qualification.
- At least 8 years consulting experience in Big4 or similar firms with extensive SAP S/4 HANA design and implementation experience.
- Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale digital finance transformations with ability to lead global, distributed teams and deliver on time and budget.
- Strong skills in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture and finance-specific implementations, including business process understanding and technology advisory.
- Proven capability in sales pipeline development, proposals, client engagement, and cross-functional team leadership, preferably from Big4 consulting background.
