About This Role
- Coordinate and deliver accurate monthly financial reports, forecasts, and annual budgets in collaboration with business partners and finance teams.
- Support decision-making by providing financial analysis, strategic ad hoc reports, and variance analysis linking costs to business outcomes.
- Drive process improvements, policy development, and compliance efforts while liaising with global FP&A and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and reporting.
- Proficiency with financial systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, and Cognos preferred.
- English proficiency: Native or bilingual required; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical and financial knowledge including internal controls, accounting principles, and relevant business environments focused on commercial and manufacturing operations.
- Experienced in financial modeling and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Capable of working cross-functionally in a structured global finance environment, coordinating with multiple regional and corporate stakeholders.
