About This Role
- Lead implementation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports using Adaptive Planning.
- Translate and analyze financial/workforce models into Adaptive Planning configurations and provide technical guidance across design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and enhance Adaptive Planning product offerings while maintaining certification and expertise in Adaptive suite tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Adaptive Planning certification mandatory; certification in Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience with at least 7 end-to-end implementations of Adaptive Planning.
- Strong financial and/or management accounting background essential.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years with specific Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs, effort estimation, and solution development.
- Comfortable operating within finance transformation projects with exposure to various industry domains and understanding of finance processes.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to manage timelines and customer requirements effectively.
