About This Role
- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and procedures for insurance manual updates within the Electronic Rating Content (ERC) product.
- Identify, report, and track defects through to resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of quality features.
- Provide production support for ERC product offering, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in validation, functional testing, and business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis).
- Experience with commercial lines admitted insurance business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented QA professional with a combination of technical skills and strategic thinking.
- Experience creating test cases and scenarios, and adept at defect management including triaging and prioritization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with polished communication and leadership capabilities.
