About This Role
- Support business analysis and requirements documentation for AI-powered products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, AI/ML teams, QA, and clients for requirement gathering and clarification.
- Assist in validating features, prompt testing, competitor research, and preparing reports and presentations related to AI chatbot and generative AI products.
Minimum Requirements
- Fresher with graduation year 2025 or 2026 in B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science or IT), MCA, BCA, or B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT/related).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of software development workflows; familiarity with SDLC, Agile or Scrum is advantageous.
- Work From Office in Kolkata location required.

- Genuine interest in AI products and business analysis with understanding of AI use cases and chatbot workflows.
- Comfortable working and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented individual willing to learn and work from the Kolkata office.
