About This Role
- Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to implement product roadmap in KYC and Client Onboarding domains within Corporate or Investment Banking.
- Lead and support product strategy development, requirement prioritization, and continuous product quality testing to meet banking performance standards.
- Advise on risk management and governance, perform complex data analysis to solve problems, and influence stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Must have domain experience in Corporate or Investment Banking, specifically KYC and Client Onboarding; Retail Banking experience not relevant.
- Must have worked on technology-driven KYC/Onboarding platforms using custom-built applications (Java, .NET) or COTS workflow products (PEGA CLM, Appian).
- Strong exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, user stories, sprint ceremonies) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in technical roles (developer, system analyst, etc.) before transitioning to Business Analyst role is required; Location: Pune.

- Experienced in Corporate/Investment Banking technology with deep knowledge of KYC and Client Onboarding processes and platforms.
- Able to lead complex cross-functional teams and collaborate on policy, risk, and governance within banking technology projects.
- Skilled in agile delivery and managing stakeholder communications for product development and transformation initiatives.
