About This Role
- Provide L2 operational support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, including VMs, VNets, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, and App Services.
- Implement and enforce Azure security, compliance, and governance policies such as RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, and patch management.
- Monitor, optimize, and manage Azure resource performance, cost efficiency, backup, and disaster recovery strategies with tools like Azure Monitor and Azure Site Recovery.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Azure cloud engineering, system administration, or cloud support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with Azure core services (VMs, Networking, Azure AD, Load Balancers, Storage) and Azure IAM security configurations.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) mandatory; AZ-500 and AZ-305 certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in L2 cloud operations with strong skills in troubleshooting Azure networking, security, and performance issues.
- Familiarity with automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python and basic Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep).
- Able to work collaboratively with L3 engineers, DevOps, and security teams, and contribute to documentation and cloud service improvements.
