About This Role
- Handle L2 level troubleshooting and incident management for WAF devices (F5, Array, FortiWAF) including implementing changes and service requests.
- Monitor and manage customer perimeter security infrastructure according to SLA, focusing on vulnerability management and incident root cause analysis.
- Perform IT security assessments/audits and contribute to IT Security architecture documentation and improvement recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT field.
- 5+ years of experience in network security administration with security responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience with WAF solutions such as F5, Array, FortiWAF; knowledge of ASM module mandatory, basic LTM understanding required.
- Flexible to work 24/7 shifts; ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling multiple client incidents and projects independently in cybersecurity operations environments.
- Strong technical expertise in WAF security layers, including OWASP top 10 security best practices and protocols like HTTP, FTP, SSL/TLS.
- Familiarity with ITIL service management framework and operational in perimeter security infrastructure monitoring and vulnerability remediation.
