About This Role
- Own end-to-end procurement for all non-live plant products, including planters, accessories, fertilizers, packaging, merchandise, and indirect materials.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, and optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity.
- Manage procurement planning and execution to ensure timely supply, collaborate cross-functionally, and monitor procurement KPIs such as OTIF and savings.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–6 years of procurement experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience managing multiple product categories with high SKU complexity and knowledge of BOM, product costing, and technical specifications.
- Technical background in packaging materials and packaging development processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations with proven ability managing multi-category, high-SKU portfolios.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams like Category, Merchandising, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations in a fast-growing, digital-first environment.
- Familiar with procurement technology, process improvements, and capable of implementing procurement SOPs and ERP tools to drive efficiency.
