Fluency in English, Hindi, and local vernacular languages with strong verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 14 to 17 years in relevant field.
Experienced in strategic and operational leadership roles managing end-to-end facility management for commercial office environments.
Strong client management and multi-stakeholder coordination capabilities, with a focus on compliance, safety, and quality management systems.
Capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and escalation handling.
