Experience or knowledge in private equity operations and investment management teams with cross-cultural collaboration exposure.
Operational focus with ability to manage multiple priorities, lead a medium-sized team, and deliver accurate reporting under deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with continuous improvement mindset and effective senior stakeholder communication skills.
