Experienced in designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions with a strong grasp of platform architecture, best practices, and governance.
Skilled at leading technical discussions, mentoring development teams, and translating business requirements into technical designs.
Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid environments and partnering with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
