About This Role
- Lead design and development of Integrations with various platforms using Ruby on Rails and Workato, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to uphold high coding standards and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering leads on seamless front-end and back-end integration and resolve complex technical issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant Ruby on Rails development expertise.
- Strong command of Ruby language and Rails framework, plus experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with database design and optimization, specifically relational databases, ElasticSearch or OpenSearch, version control (git), and CI/CD practices.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years professional software engineering experience.
