About This Role
- Manage and maintain Grafana dashboards, alerts, and monitoring configurations ensuring reliability.
- Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code to maintain observability infrastructure and automate operational tasks using Python scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, troubleshoot production issues, and improve observability and alerting across cloud and application environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–7 years of experience in Observability, SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Grafana (dashboard creation, alert management, administration), Terraform (IaC), and Python scripting and automation.
- Working knowledge of Linux and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP; experience troubleshooting production environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in maintaining and operating observability platforms focusing on Grafana and Terraform within cloud-native environments.
- Proficient in Python-based automation to reduce manual operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Comfortable operating in collaborative engineering environments involving SRE, DevOps, and platform teams with production support experience.
