About This Role
- Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality core telematics platform functionality.
- Own end-to-end execution of engineering initiatives including sprint planning, release management, and cross-team coordination.
- Drive technical standards, platform adoption metrics, and continuous improvement in platform performance, quality, and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in software engineering with strong backend focus.
- 3–6+ years experience managing engineering teams.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale software products.
- Strong skills with Java, AWS, backend architecture, and scalable systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in people and delivery leadership managing senior engineers and tech leads in complex technical environments.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams including architects, product, and cloud/platform teams for strategic alignment.
- Familiar with engineering quality practices, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and progressive release strategies such as canary and blue-green deployments.
