Lead design, development, and integration of enterprise content platforms including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and Workfront to enable content lifecycle management across global digital channels.
Own the technical architecture, including defining design patterns and integration strategies for scalable, workflow-driven content pipelines covering creation, approval, publishing, and distribution.
Drive platform performance, scalability, reliability, enforcement of CI/CD practices, and mentor engineering teams including internal and vendor resources.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and/or Assets), Java, REST APIs, microservices architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Maven and Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven technical leader with experience designing enterprise-scale digital content platforms and integrating AEM with Workfront, DAM, PIM, eCommerce, and analytics systems.
Experienced in driving architectural decisions, operationalizing workflow-driven content pipelines, and collaborating across cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Architecture.
Comfortable working with global distributed teams and mentoring engineers in complex content management and publishing environments.
