Minimum Requirements
10–14 years overall experience with at least 3 years in a Tech Lead role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in AngularJS/Angular, RESTful APIs, and SharePoint integrations.
Experience with enterprise application integrations and working with industrial or building management systems, preferably Johnson Controls platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments driving delivery of enterprise-scale backend and integrations.
Technical depth in scalable, secure architecture design for end-to-end enterprise solutions including frontend Angular applications.
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders to define architecture and delivery roadmaps.
