About This Role
- Provide strategic leadership and governance for OSS IT Integration programs covering Field Services, Network Inventory, and CMDB platforms.
- Define and own long-term IT integration architecture, roadmaps, API standards, and middleware frameworks to ensure reliable connectivity and alignment with network transformation goals.
- Lead vendor relationships, contract performance, and build a high-performing integration team influencing stakeholders across engineering, IT, and operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years' experience in OSS, systems engineering, or related technology disciplines.
- Deep expertise in IT integration platforms including middleware, API management, ESB, and event-driven architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of integration architecture and API governance involving REST, SOAP, GraphQL, event streaming.
- Relevant degree and industry certifications.

- Experienced leader in managing large-scale OSS/BSS IT integration programs involving complex platforms like Field Services, Network Inventory, and CMDB.
- Proven ability to govern integration performance, data quality, and operational assurance with strategic vendor and stakeholder management.
