About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute firmware test automation and manual testing for automotive embedded systems using HIL test benches and vehicle testing.
- Validate system functionality and performance across automotive subsystems including infotainment, telematics, sensors, and in-vehicle networking; configure and maintain HIL test environments.
- Perform root cause analysis on test failures, collaborate with engineering teams, document test procedures and results, and support OEM integration and communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years in validation engineering within automotive, embedded systems, or electronics domains.
- Proficiency with HIL systems and experience validating automotive systems including infotainment, ADAS, telematics, sensors, and networking.
- Experience coding in Python or similar language for test automation and scripting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent major.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in system and integration testing for automotive infotainment and related systems with focus on both manual and automated test methodologies.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering teams and OEM partners for troubleshooting, documentation, and validation.
- Skilled in developing Python-based test automation to enhance test coverage and efficiency, with strong analytical and root cause analysis capabilities.
