About This Role
- Own and define the target architecture, principles, and roadmap for the HR Platform Applications landscape, ensuring architectural consistency and quality across APIs, data, integrations, and security.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions incorporating availability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency from inception; oversee solution design and architectural governance across the portfolio.
- Lead and develop a team of solution architects, coordinate cross-application modernization, maintain architecture artifacts, and present architectural strategies to technical and senior management stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 14+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles, including leadership or coordination of architectural teams.
- Experience with enterprise architecture governance, review boards, and modeling standards within an established EA setup.
- Strong knowledge of integration methodologies, API-first design, and modern application architecture patterns such as microservices, cloud-native, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience in platform/product environments with HR Platform Applications, HR applications, or comparable insurance/financial services IT landscapes.

- Experienced architect capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams with strong stakeholder management skills across business, security, and engineering domains.
- Operates effectively within complex enterprise architectures with governance, compliance, and risk management dimensions.
- Demonstrates ability to produce and drive adoption of pragmatic architecture artifacts and deliver full lifecycle solutions from requirements to deployment in large-scale IT environments.
