About This Role
- Define and evolve scalable, maintainable full-stack application architecture using .NET and Angular/React focusing on quality by design.
- Lead AI-first engineering strategy and embed AI-powered development tools across the SDLC.
- Drive quality engineering at architecture level: test automation, contract/performance testing, CI/CD quality gates, and mentor engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15+ years hands-on software engineering experience with 4+ years in leading/principal/staff engineer role.
- Degree required: BE, B.Tech, or M.Tech only.
- Deep expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and frontend frameworks (Angular 10+ and/or ReactJS with TypeScript).
- Mandatory experience with application architecture design, microservices, RESTful APIs, quality engineering practices, and AI-powered development tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven technical leadership in full-stack service-oriented architectures embedding quality as a first-class concern.
- Experienced in championing AI-driven software development practices and quality engineering at scale.
- Strong mentorship skills with ability to align cross-team architecture and quality standards.
