About This Role
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-premises VMware ESXi environments.
- Architect and enforce cloud security controls, manage access policies, and maintain compliance across multi-cloud environments.
- Lead troubleshooting and incident response for cloud infrastructure, support monthly maintenance windows and semi-annual disaster recovery tests, ensuring operational continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure experience with strong experience in Azure (required) and AWS (preferred).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates) and cloud automation tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI).
- Strong cloud security knowledge including RBAC/IAM, Zero Trust, secrets governance, encryption, and cloud networking (virtual networks, firewalls, load balancers, DNS).
- Work schedule must include approximately 4–5 hours overlap with US Central Time and off-hours availability for maintenance and DR tests.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex multi-cloud environments with operational expertise in Azure and AWS, including cloud security and networking.
- Capable of independently managing and troubleshooting high-impact cloud infrastructure issues within a globally distributed, remote team.
- Familiarity or certification in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms, with additional advantage of VMware ESXi and DevOps/tooling knowledge.
