About This Role
- Lead engineering delivery for strategic platform modernization initiatives, focusing on cloud adoption, application resiliency, and QA/data-quality automation.
- Own technical execution across multiple engineering squads ensuring alignment with business priorities, architecture, security, and product needs.
- Manage and develop engineering teams, driving AI-assisted software development practices and establishing reusable engineering playbooks and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of software engineering or technology leadership experience including ownership of complex enterprise delivery and platform modernization.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, SQL databases, cloud-native application design, and AWS cloud platform.
- Mandatory experience with AI-based development using AI coding assistants or generative AI tools, including applying responsible AI usage patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technology leader comfortable working across architecture, delivery, engineering management, and stakeholder alignment within global, distributed teams.
- Proven ability to drive Agile execution with strong focus on delivery predictability, quality, accountability, and operational readiness for large-scale modernization programs.
- Familiarity with financial services or investment data platforms preferred but not mandatory, plus ability to lead AI adoption and continuous process improvements.
