About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support Denials AI workflow ensuring reliability and HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Dagster, DBT, and AWS data services.
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot incidents, enforce data governance, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production-grade data pipelines.
- Strong experience with workflow orchestration tools (Dagster), transformation frameworks (DBT), and AWS data services (Athena, Glue, SQS).
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare data environments with established understanding of HIPAA standards and data governance.
- Proficient in building optimized data pipelines, SQL tuning (PostgreSQL), and cloud-native AWS data services.
- Able to lead technical efforts and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high operational standards and incident responsiveness.
