About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to design, maintain, and enhance high-performing backend and frontend digital applications primarily using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Manage and modernize legacy PHP/Laravel systems while driving adoption of full-stack TypeScript architecture and ensuring application stability and operational readiness.
- Own incident resolution, CI/CD deployment hygiene, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business roadmap goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with modern backend (Node.js, TypeScript) and frontend (SvelteKit, React.js, or similar) development.
- 2–3 years managing engineering teams with experience in mentorship, code reviews, and delivery oversight.
- Strong expertise in AWS event-driven services (Lambda, EventBridge, DynamoDB, S3) and modern monitoring tools such as Sentry, New Relic, CloudWatch, or Datadog.
- Experience working with, and leading modernization of, legacy PHP/Laravel systems.
