About This Role
- Lead validation of customer-specific networking solutions via system testing and automation to ensure quality, performance, and deployment readiness.
- Develop, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans covering feature, scale, migration, performance, and end-to-end solution validation for Service Provider and Cloud networks.
- Collaborate with engineering, field teams, and customers to analyze architectures, troubleshoot issues, certify software releases, and improve testing methodologies including AI-driven automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Networking Systems Engineering, System Testing, or Solution Validation.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale network deployments, Service Provider and Cloud networking technologies, and test automation using Python and/or Robot Framework.
- Role is onsite with expectation to work primarily from an HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in testing and validating complex networking solutions in Service Provider and Cloud environments, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Proficient with network devices running Juniper Junos/EVO OS, network traffic generation tools like Ixia and Spirent, and skilled in developing automation/scripts.
- Experienced in customer-facing technical roles requiring collaboration across multiple teams to tailor solutions and improve system reliability at scale.
