About This Role
- Lead design, development, and execution of system-level and automation test plans for customer-focused network solution validation across Service Provider and Cloud environments.
- Own the end-to-end validation of customer-specific deployment architectures, including configuration and troubleshooting of networking devices and maintaining test lab environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, field teams, and customers to identify product gaps, improve system reliability, and deliver customer-facing technical documentation and presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 10-15+ years of experience in Networking Systems Engineering, System Testing, Solution Validation, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Service Provider, Cloud, Core, or Edge networking environments and large-scale network deployments.
- Experience developing test automation using Python and/or Robot Framework; proficiency with network traffic generation tools like Ixia and Spirent.
- Onsite work from an HPE office is required.
- Experience with Juniper Junos/EVO platforms is highly desirable but not mandatory.

- Experienced individual contributor comfortable independently managing complex customer deployment validation projects with moderate supervision.
- Strong domain expertise in Service Provider and Cloud networking technologies, system-level testing, and automation frameworks like Python and Robot Framework.
- Ability to analyze network architectures, perform root cause analysis, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate in customer-facing technical roles.
